to the Marley and Charley Brown Miglicco family. We are glad you have decided to get your
puppy from us.
This puppy is in good physical
health and free of communicable disease, as it appears to the eye at the time
of leaving the Breeder’s premises. The
buyer has (72) hours, or (3) business days to have this puppy examined by the
veterinarian of their choice. If the
puppy is found to be unhealthy during that time, the Buyer may return the puppy
and all related paperwork to receive a replacement puppy of equal value or a
full refund (excluding shipping expenses) with a written veterinarian report
verifying illnesses/defect/disease. If
the Buyer chooses not to have this puppy examined by a veterinarian with the 72
hours, they accept this puppy “as is” at the time of sale. Buyer realizes that the purchase of a live
animal carries with it the risk of the puppy contracting various bacteria or viruses
that are not within the control of the Breeder or Buyer. Beyond the 72 hour health guarantee, the
seller offers NO GUARANTEE ON INFECTIOS DISEASES. This agreement does not cover internal or
external parasites. The breeder
guarantees this canine against life-threatening hereditary/congenital defects
for a period of one year of age. In the
event that a life-threatening genetic health disorders renders this canine
unsuitable as a companion animal, the Buyer will surrender the canine with
signed registration papers (if applicable) to the Breeder, who will give the
Buyer a full refund. Requests for a full
refund must be accompanied by verification of illness/defect/disease by a
qualified veterinarian. The Breeder may
request a second opinion to confirm the disease/illness/ defect. In the event of a death, a letter from your veterinarian
station the cause of should be submitted to Breeder for refund. Medical and shipping expenses are the sole
responsibility of the Buyer (non- refundable).
All health records and AKC paperwork will come along with the puppy at the time of pickup or delivery.

The Buyer agrees to maintain
the health of this puppy, which includes, but is not limited to, adequate
housing, quality nutrition, regular exercise, proper socialization, worming,
flea/ heartworm preventative, scheduled vaccines, and veterinarian care as
needed. If at any time, the buyers
circumstances change and they are unable to properly care for the puppy, it can
be given back to the seller.
The Breeder will furnish FULL
AKC REGISTRATION. The Breeder cannot
guarantee size or show/breeding ability of this puppy. No other guarantees are expressed or implied
under this contract.
The Buyer assumes full
responsibility for this puppy leaving the Breeders premises. Breeder assumes no responsibility for medical
expenses incurred on this puppy without written approval from Kimberly
Miglicco. This contract is
non-transferrable.
This contract shall be
governed, interpreted, and executed under the jurisdiction of the state of
Texas, County of Comal, TX. By signing below,
the Buyer has read, fully understands, and agrees to the terms and conditions
of this contract.
